AI was supposed to save attention. Many deployments spend it.

People end up prompting systems again and again, checking uncertain answers, approving routine actions, and piecing together why a decision was made. That is AI fatigue, not efficiency.

  • Work is still split across software, spreadsheets, chat, and manual handoffs.
  • Off‑the‑shelf AI doesn’t know your workflow, who owns each step, or when to ask a person.
  • Leaders can’t always explain what the system did, or who was accountable.
  • International teams need controls that fit each market, language, and regulator.

Why we build this wayPublic research on AI deployments, not our own results

95%
of organizations saw no measurable return from their generative AI pilots
MIT NANDA, The GenAI Divide, 2025 (opens in a new tab)
~30%
of organizations surveyed have already felt consequences from AI inaccuracy, the most‑cited AI risk
McKinsey, The State of AI, 2025 (opens in a new tab)
40%+
of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by 2027, over cost, unclear value, or weak risk controls
Gartner, June 2025 (opens in a new tab)

Three places a person can stand. We build for the middle one.

Every workflow chooses its loop before it ships, based on consequence, reversibility, confidence, and legal requirement.

Don’t ask people to review everything. Ask them to review what matters.
The anti‑fatigue ruleHow the Oversight Layer decides

Knowing where AI breaks is the expertise.

Any model can answer well in a demo. We measure where it fails, then build the system so those cases reach a person.

We don’t just advise on AI. We run it.

Five products of our own so far, designed and built in‑house, with more on the way. What we learn running them goes into every client build.

One Batayan question, tracedIllustrative

  1. Question

“Can my landlord raise the rent before the lease ends?”

A small business owner, asking in plain words

  2. Retrieve

    3 sources found

Civil Code · R.A. 9653 (Rent Control Act) · a Supreme Court ruling

  3. Draft

    Answer drafted, every claim linked

No source, no claim. Gaps are stated, not filled

  4. CheckRisk: high

The answer touches a signed contract

Risk level: high. The system does not advise alone

  5. EscalateNeeds approval

    Sent to a licensed lawyer

With the question, sources, and draft attached

Logged: the question, sources, draft, reviewer, and decision.

  • Measured before it ships

Each workflow gets an evaluation set of real and edge cases. A release that scores below the agreed pass mark doesn’t go live.

  • Answers you can trace

Retrieval answers link to the document, clause, or record they came from. No source, no claim.

  • Honest about gaps

When the evidence is thin, the system says so. ariarian.ai marks a valuation “insufficient data” rather than guess.

  • Unsure means escalate

Low confidence, conflicting facts, or a sensitive case goes to a named person, with the full context attached.

  • The right model per task

We build on Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and open models, chosen on accuracy, cost, and where your data may go.

  • Watched after launch

We track escalations, overrides, and cost, and every correction feeds the next evaluation.

How we assess, prove, and run AI

Every product.
One loom.

Each product keeps its own name, its own job, and its own prices. All of them share one team and one rule: the software does the routine work, and people make the calls that matter.

3rdLoop Solutions

The loom behind them: one team, one rule, every thread.

You’re here

AI, automation, and the systems around them.

AI work ships with an owner, a risk level, and an escalation path. Everything we build ships tested, documented, and yours to run.

AI & automation

Software that does routine work and escalates the rest, with an owner, a risk level, and an escalation path from day one.

Strategy & design

Decide what to build, and how it should work for the people using it, before anyone writes code.

Build & quality

Web, mobile, and commerce systems, tested before they ship and easy to keep running after.

Need people, not a project?

Built for our clients.

Not every workflow becomes a 3rdLoop product. These are systems we designed and delivered for a client’s own brand.

Get a free workflow assessment
Is the assessment really free?

Yes. We assess one workflow with your team, its cost and the risk level of each step, at no charge, and you keep the findings. Consultancy is different: a fixed‑fee discovery across several workflows that ends in a governance model and a roadmap.

What does it cost?

Our products have their own plans on their own sites, and 3C is free for founders. Enterprise work starts with the free assessment. For AI work, the next step is a fixed‑fee proof of value of ₱350k–₱750k over 4–6 weeks, credited against the build if you continue. Other builds are quoted against an agreed scope.

How do you keep AI accountable to a regulator or a board?

Before a workflow ships, it gets an accountable owner, a risk level, an escalation path, an evidence requirement, and a review policy. Every action is logged with its evidence, so you can show what the system did and who approved it.

Who owns and protects our data?

You own your data and any agreed custom deliverables. We handle personal data under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), and offer data residency and deployment options where your policies require them.

Will it work with the systems we already have?

Yes. Integration is part of every build. The assessment maps each system the workflow touches, your software, documents, and data, before we quote.

How soon will we see something working?

We start with one workflow and one metric, so the first proof is small by design. The quote states the timeline and milestones before you commit to anything.

Where are you based?

Level 24, Philippine Stock Exchange Tower, BGC, Taguig City. We work remote‑first with teams in the Philippines and abroad.

Your people stop doing the routine work. They still make the calls that matter, and they can always step in.

Tell us about one workflow that eats time or carries risk. We’ll reply with what software could handle, what it should hand to a person, and who stays accountable.
