Yes. We assess one workflow with your team, its cost and the risk level of each step, at no charge, and you keep the findings. Consultancy is different: a fixed‑fee discovery across several workflows that ends in a governance model and a roadmap.
Our products have their own plans on their own sites, and 3C is free for founders. Enterprise work starts with the free assessment. For AI work, the next step is a fixed‑fee proof of value of ₱350k–₱750k over 4–6 weeks, credited against the build if you continue. Other builds are quoted against an agreed scope.
Before a workflow ships, it gets an accountable owner, a risk level, an escalation path, an evidence requirement, and a review policy. Every action is logged with its evidence, so you can show what the system did and who approved it.
You own your data and any agreed custom deliverables. We handle personal data under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), and offer data residency and deployment options where your policies require them.
