Ask your own documents. Get the page it came from.

Your team asks a question in plain words and gets an answer from your company’s policies, manuals, and procedures, cited to the page, from only the documents each person may see. In early access.

How many days of bereavement leave do we get?

Answer from 1 source

Only what you can open. Searched the 3 collections you have access to.

Example answer. The behaviour is real; the company and its policy are made up.

01The engagement

One team, its documents, its real questions.

  1. 1.1

    Free assessment

We pick one team with you, gather the documents it relies on, and collect the questions it asks most.

  2. 1.2

    Set up

The documents are connected, access is set to match who may see what, and each topic gets an owner.

  3. 1.3

    Test

We run your team’s real questions. It goes live only when it passes the mark you agreed.

  4. 1.4

    Live with one team

Measured against how long answers take today, and how often people still have to ask a colleague.

  5. 1.5

    Keep it running

More documents and teams once the first proves out, and a regular review of what it couldn’t answer.

02What it does

Answers your team can check.

It finds the passages that answer the question, writes the answer from them, and links to each one. When your documents don’t say, neither does it.

Call us when

  • New hires ask the same questions, and the same three people stop work to answer them.
  • The policy exists, but no one can find the latest version.
  • Answers live in old email threads and in the heads of people who might leave.
  • A general chatbot sounds sure of itself, but can’t say where its answer came from.
  1. 2.1

    Answers cited to the page

Every answer links to the document, section, and version it came from. No source, no answer.

  2. 2.2

Only what each person may see

People get answers only from documents they’re allowed to open. HR files stay with HR.

  3. 2.3

    Says when it doesn’t know

When your documents don’t cover a question, it says so and sends the question to the person who owns the topic.

  4. 2.4

    Keeps up with changes

When a document is updated or retired, the answers follow. An outdated version is never cited.

  5. 2.5

    Gaps become documents

Unanswered questions are collected for each topic owner, so the next answer is in writing.

  6. 2.6

    Measured before launch

We test it against real questions from your team. It goes live only above the pass mark you agree.

03A look inside

What your team sees every day.

Four sample screens: a cited answer, a question outside someone’s access, the document collections, and what it couldn’t answer.

A question in plain words, an answer from your own documents, and the page it came from.Sample screen. The company, people, and figures are made up.

04Oversight

Human in the loop, for every answer it can’t back up.

The assistant answers only from your documents, and links to each passage it used. People own the documents: each topic has a named owner who decides what the answer should be.

When the documents don’t cover a question, it says so and sends the question to that owner. It’s the same cited retrieval we run in Batayan, where every answer links to the law or ruling it came from.

06Questions

Knowledge Assistant, answered.

What is it, exactly?

A private assistant that answers questions from your company’s own documents. It uses retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG): it finds the passages that answer the question, writes the answer from them, and links to each one.

Will it make things up?

It answers only from the passages it finds, and links to each one so anyone can check. When nothing in your documents covers the question, it says so instead of guessing, and sends the question to the topic owner.

Can everyone see everything?

No. It follows the access you set, so people only get answers from documents they’re allowed to open.

Which documents can it use?

Policies, manuals, procedures, product sheets, contracts, and past proposals, as files or from where your team already keeps them. We agree the sources in the free assessment.

Where does our data go?

Where your policies allow. We choose the AI model for each task on accuracy, cost, and where your data may go, and handle personal data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Is it available now?

It’s in early access. We’re setting it up with a small number of companies first, one team at a time.

How is it priced?

Per company, based on the number of people and documents. We quote after the free assessment.

Your people stop doing the routine work. They still make the calls that matter, and they can always step in.

Tell us about one workflow that eats time or carries risk. We’ll reply with what software could handle, what it should hand to a person, and who stays accountable.
