Enterprise solutions

Custom work is quoted per project.

Every solution starts with the free assessment. The quote follows, scoped to the outcome we agree on, and it’s billed apart from any product plan.

AI & automation

Software that does routine work and escalates the rest, with an owner, a risk level, and an escalation path from day one.

  • Proof of value, then scoped build

    AI Solutions

We prove it on one workflow and one metric first, as a fixed‑fee pilot of 4–6 weeks credited against the build. The build is quoted after that, with AI usage passed through at cost or capped by an allowance.

  • Per workflow

    Intelligent Automation

Each automated workflow is scoped and quoted on its own, so you can add the next one only when the last has paid off.

Strategy & design

Decide what to build, and how it should work for the people using it, before anyone writes code.

  • Fixed fee

    Business & Technical Consultancy

A fixed-scope discovery or architecture review, priced up front. You keep the roadmap whether or not we build it.

  • Fixed fee per phase

    UI/UX Design

Research, prototype, and design system are quoted as separate phases, so you can stop after any one of them.

Build & quality

Web, mobile, and commerce systems, tested before they ship and easy to keep running after.

  • Fixed scope, milestone billing

    Web Development

Quoted against an agreed scope and billed at milestones you sign off. Changes in scope are quoted before we start them.

  • Fixed scope, milestone billing

    Mobile App Development

Quoted per release, from first version to scale, and billed at milestones you sign off.

  • Scoped build + care plan

    E‑commerce

A one-time build fee for the store, then an optional monthly care plan for updates, monitoring, and peak-season support.

  • Per project or monthly

    QA Services

A fixed fee for a one-off test cycle or release, or a monthly retainer for ongoing regression and automation.

Proof of value

Prove one workflow before you buy the build.

After the free assessment, we run one workflow live with your team for a fixed fee, against a result we agree in writing first.

Fixed fee · 4–6 weeks

₱350k–₱750k

Fixed fee, set by the workflow’s size and integrations. The full fee is credited against the build if you continue.

Where your pilot sits in the range

  • How many systems it connects to
  • Document and case volume
  • How ready the data is
  • How many steps need human review

Start with the free assessment

Agreed in writing before it starts

  1. 01The metricHours saved, cycle time, or error rate: one number, measured the same way before and after.
  2. 02The test sampleThe real cases the pilot is measured on, chosen with your team.
  3. 03The pass markThe result the pilot must reach before anyone talks about a larger build.

You keep the findings, the oversight policy, and the report, whether or not you go on to the build.

What the fee pays for

  • Assessment into baseline

Mapping the workflow with your team and measuring how it runs today, so the result has something to beat.

  • Setting the loop

An owner, a risk level, and an escalation path for every step, written up as your oversight policy.

  • Building the pilot

The working workflow, connected to the systems and documents it needs, live with your team.

  • Testing and evaluation

Runs against the agreed sample, including edge cases, with every error and escalation logged.

  • AI usage and hosting

Model usage, hosting, and monitoring for the length of the pilot, with no separate bill.

  • Results

A results demo and a before‑and‑after report against the agreed metric.

How engagements bill

Services are priced by scope, and billed apart from software.

Discovery, implementation, and training are one‑time fees. Subscriptions are recurring. You always see which is which.

  • Fixed‑fee discovery

    Consultancy

Goes beyond the free one‑workflow assessment: a fixed‑scope executive discovery and readiness review across several workflows. You leave with the problem defined, a governance model, and a roadmap.

  • Scoped proposal

    Build

Quoted after the free assessment: configuration, integration, evaluation, deployment, and training. AI work starts with a fixed‑fee proof of value on one workflow, credited against the build.

  • Annual agreement

    Managed support

Monitoring, support, and continuous improvement for live systems, with a quarterly review of what to improve or add next.

  • Monthly, per person

    Staff augmentation

Engineers, designers, and QA specialists who join your team. Quoted by role and seniority, billed monthly, and scaled as your roadmap changes.

Questions

How pricing works.

Is the assessment really free?

Yes. We assess one workflow with your team, its cost and the risk level of each step, at no charge, and you keep the findings. Consultancy is different: a fixed‑fee discovery across several workflows that ends in a governance model and a roadmap.

What does the proof of value cost?

A fixed fee of ₱350k–₱750k, depending on the workflow’s size and integrations, over 4–6 weeks. Before it starts, we agree the metric, the test sample, and the pass mark in writing. If you go on to the build, the full fee is credited against it.

Where are the product prices?

On each product’s own site. Batayan publishes its plans, ariarian.ai and Habi announce pricing at launch, and 3C is free for founders. Custom work is quoted per project after the free assessment.

How is AI usage billed?

Each product’s plans state the AI use they include. In enterprise builds, AI usage is passed through at cost or capped by an allowance you set, and tracked by team and workflow, so there are no surprise bills.

Can I start small?

Yes. Start on one product’s entry plan, or with one workflow in an enterprise build, and add more once the first one proves itself.

Do product plans cover custom work?

No. Product plans cover the software. Enterprise solutions are custom work, quoted per project after the free assessment, and billed apart from any subscription.

Do services and subscriptions bill separately?

Yes. Discovery, implementation, and training are one‑time fees. Software is recurring. We keep them apart so you always see what you’re paying for.

Who owns the data and the work?

You own your data and any agreed custom deliverables. 3rdLoop keeps ownership of its platform, products, and reusable tools.

Your people stop doing the routine work. They still make the calls that matter, and they can always step in.

Tell us about one workflow that eats time or carries risk. We’ll reply with what software could handle, what it should hand to a person, and who stays accountable.
