What doesn’t change from project to project.
- 5.1
Every change reviewed and tested
No code reaches production without a second engineer’s review and a passing test run.
- 5.2
Security from the first commit
Access rules live in the database and are tested, secrets stay out of the code, and dependencies are kept current.
- 5.3
Rollback before release
Every release has a way back. A bad deploy is undone in minutes, not days.
- 5.4
Handover you can run
You get the code, the documentation, and a runbook, so your team can run it with or without us.
06Questions
Build & quality, answered.
Who owns the code?
You own the custom deliverables we agree on, as set out in the agreement. 3rdLoop keeps ownership of its platform, products, and reusable tools.
Fixed price or time and materials?
Builds are quoted against an agreed scope and billed at milestones you sign off. Changes in scope are quoted before we start them.
Can you test software we didn’t build?
Yes. QA is available on its own, as a one‑off test cycle or a monthly retainer for ongoing regression and automation.
Where will it be hosted?
Where it fits best. We deploy to AWS, to a VPS, or to Vercel, based on your traffic, budget, and data rules, and set up automated deploys and monitoring either way. If you already have hosting, we deploy to yours.
What happens after launch?
You can run it yourself with the runbook and documentation, or take a monthly care plan for monitoring, updates, and fixes.
Can your engineers join our team instead?
Yes. If you’d rather direct the work yourself, staff augmentation places our engineers and QA specialists in your team.
The rest of how we work.
- AI & automationSoftware that does routine work and escalates the rest, with an owner, a risk level, and an escalation path from day one.
- Strategy & designDecide what to build, and how it should work for the people using it, before anyone writes code.
- Staff AugmentationVetted engineers, designers, and QA specialists who join your team and work to your process.
- Working with LGUsDigital services for provinces, cities, and municipalities, procured your way and deployed for your LGU, with an accountable office owner for every step.
Your people stop doing the routine work. They still make the calls that matter, and they can always step in.
Tell us about one workflow that eats time or carries risk. We’ll reply with what software could handle, what it should hand to a person, and who stays accountable.
