Public services residents can count on. Officials stay accountable.

We work with provinces, cities, and municipalities to bring frontline services online, from the Citizen’s Charter to permits and residents’ questions. Every system has an office owner, a risk level, and an escalation path before it goes live.

01The engagement

One office, one service, one measure.

  1. 1.1

    Free assessment

We meet the office heads and walk one service end to end: its steps, its processing time, and where residents wait.

  2. 1.2

    Proposal

One service and one metric, scoped with deliverables and milestones, and prepared for your procurement process.

  3. 1.3

    Pilot in one office

Live in one office first, measured against how long the service takes today.

  4. 1.4

    Roll out

Extended to more offices and services once the pilot proves out, with training for each team.

  5. 1.5

    Keep it running

Support, updates, and a regular review with the office heads.

03Scope

From the counter to online, one service at a time.

For the services our products don’t cover yet. Built by the same team as our enterprise work, and delivered the way government buys: procured through your process and deployed for your LGU.

04Terms

Public money, public trust, the same oversight.

Every LGU engagement follows the rules of our enterprise work, plus the ones that come with serving residents.

  1. 4.1

    Your procurement, your timeline

We quote after the free assessment and work within your procurement process, with scope, deliverables, and milestones stated up front.

  2. 4.2

    Officials decide

AI drafts, answers, and routes. Anything that affects a resident’s application, fee, or record waits for a named official.

  3. 4.3

    Residents’ data protected

Personal data is handled under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, access is limited by role, and every action is logged.

  4. 4.4

    Built to outlast a term

Documentation, training, and handover to your permanent staff, so the service keeps running across administrations.

05Questions

Working with LGUs, answered.

Who do you work with?

Provinces, cities, and municipalities, and the offices within them that serve the public: permits and licensing, the treasurer, the assessor, the civil registrar, engineering, social welfare, and health. National agencies follow many of the same rules; ask us if you’re one.

How do we procure from you?

Through your regular procurement process. The free assessment helps you define the scope and requirements, and we take part in procurement the way your process requires.

Will it work with the systems we already have?

Yes. The assessment maps every system a service touches, such as treasury, assessment, or permit systems, before we propose anything. We connect to what works rather than replace it.

Where is residents’ data kept?

Where your policies allow. We handle personal data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173), limit access by role, and can host on infrastructure you control.

How is this different from your other products?

LGU systems aren’t self‑serve subscriptions. Each one is procured through your process, deployed for your LGU alone, and handed over to your permanent staff with training and documentation.

What happens when the administration changes?

The LGU’s data, records, and documentation belong to the LGU, and the service runs under the agreement, not the term of the officials who signed it. We train permanent staff, not only the officials who commissioned it.

Can we start with the Citizen’s Charter?

Yes. The charter maps every office’s services, so it also shows which service to digitize next.

Your people stop doing the routine work. They still make the calls that matter, and they can always step in.

Tell us about one workflow that eats time or carries risk. We’ll reply with what software could handle, what it should hand to a person, and who stays accountable.
