Who we are

3rdLoop Solutions (“3rdLoop”, “we”) is the personal information controller for this website, 3rdloopsolutions.com. Our office is at Level 24, Philippine Stock Exchange Tower, 28th St. corner 5th Avenue, BGC, Taguig City, Philippines. We process personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

This policy covers this website only. Batayan, ariarian.ai, and our other products have their own privacy policies.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, email, or call us, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address, company, role, and a description of the workflow you want to discuss.

When you join early access for a product, we receive your email address and the product you chose. When you suggest a problem for us to build a product for, we receive your email address and your description of the problem.

Like any web server, our hosting provider records technical request data (IP address, browser, pages requested, and time) to deliver and secure the site.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the referring site, and approximate location, device, and browser. It sets first-party cookies (named _ga) and sends this data to Google, under Google’s Privacy Policy. We use it only in aggregate, to improve the site. This website does not set advertising cookies. You can block analytics with your browser’s cookie settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. It sends Google information about your device and how you use the page, under Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Why we use it

We use your contact details to reply, to prepare and run an assessment or proposal you ask for, and to keep a record of our business correspondence. Our legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. We use early‑access emails only to tell you about that product: when you can get in, and occasional updates before launch. Every email has a way to unsubscribe. We use the email you leave with a product suggestion only to reply about it. We use server data only to operate and protect the site, and analytics data only to measure and improve it.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the business, such as email, hosting, and database providers (contact form messages, early‑access sign‑ups, and product suggestions are stored with Supabase), under obligations to protect it, and with authorities when the law requires it. Some providers may store data outside the Philippines; when they do, we require safeguards comparable to Philippine law.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as we are discussing or delivering work with you, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax, or contractual reasons. Then we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to correct, to erase or block, and to data portability, and the right to damages where the law allows. You can also leave an early‑access list at any time. To use any of them, email us at contact@3rdloopsolutions.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We reply within 30 days.

You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

Security and changes

We protect personal data with organizational, physical, and technical measures suited to the risk, including encrypted connections and restricted access. If this policy changes, we update this page and its date.
