3rdLoop Solutions is now registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines.
For a company that builds software around one idea, that people stay accountable for the decisions that matter, this is more than paperwork. Accountability needs someone to hold it. Registration makes 3rdLoop that someone, as a legal entity with obligations, filings, and a public record.
Here is what it means in practice.
What registration means
Registration with the SEC makes 3rdLoop Solutions a juridical entity under Philippine law. In plain terms:
- The company, not just its people, stands behind its work. Contracts, quotations, and service agreements are signed by 3rdLoop Solutions as a registered entity.
- We have a public record. Anyone doing due diligence on us can verify our registration with the SEC.
- We report and comply as a company. Registration comes with ongoing reporting duties, and those duties now apply to us.
It is also the base for everything that comes next: the tax and local registrations, vendor accreditations, and partnerships that larger organizations require before they can work with a supplier.
What it means for our products
Batayan
Batayan answers legal questions with citations to the source, and a licensed lawyer reviews a document before you sign. That review now runs under agreements between the lawyers and a registered company. When Batayan launches on October 25, the businesses that rely on it will be relying on an entity with a verifiable record, not an informal project.
ariarian.ai
Property teams make high-value decisions with ariarian.ai, and the workspace shows the evidence behind every value and where that evidence runs out. Brokers, investors, and site-acquisition teams often have to check who their data providers are. Now they can.
Habi
Habi holds some of the most sensitive data a company has: employee records, attendance, and payroll. HR and finance teams need to know who processes that data and who is accountable for it under the Data Privacy Act. Registration gives them a clear answer to put in their vendor records.
3C
3C gives Filipino founders a free startup workspace, co-founder matching, and selective accelerator batches. Founders who join a batch can now sign agreements with a registered company, and partners who support those batches know who they are dealing with.
What it means for enterprise clients
If you work with us on an enterprise solution, a staff augmentation engagement, or a build project, registration simplifies procurement:
- Vendor accreditation. Most accreditation checklists ask for SEC registration documents. We can now provide them.
- Contracts. Master service agreements, NDAs, data processing agreements, and statements of work are signed with 3rdLoop Solutions as the contracting party.
- Continuity. Your agreement is with the company. It doesn’t depend on any one person.
What doesn’t change
Our products, our pricing, and the way we work stay the same. We still start with one workflow, one metric, and one accountable owner. Software handles routine work within the limits you set, escalates what matters, and leaves consequential decisions with a person. Customers still own their data.
What changes is that the accountability we build into our software now extends to the company that builds it.
