Starting a company in the Philippines usually means working from scattered notes, a spreadsheet for the pipeline, another for the money, and a group chat for everything else. Finding the right co-founder depends on who you already know. Accelerators ask for traction, but they rarely see the work that led to it.
3C is our answer to that. It is a startup workspace for Filipino founders, with co-founder matching and selective accelerator batches, and it is free for founders.
Our tagline sums it up: Find your people. Build with proof.
What you get, for free
A workspace for the whole startup
3C puts the parts of an early-stage company in one place:
- Projects, to track what you are building and what comes next.
- A CRM, with your pipeline of open, weighted, and won deals, in pesos.
- Finance, so you can see where the company stands, including net income.
- A dashboard that brings projects, pipeline, and numbers together.
You don’t need to set up and pay for separate tools before you have revenue. You can start with one workspace and grow into it.
A playbook from idea to company
The idea incubator takes you through a 10-step playbook. Each step turns a rough idea into something more concrete, so you know what to work on next and can show what you have already done.
Co-founder matching
The right co-founder matters more than almost any other early decision. 3C suggests people whose skills and goals fit yours, so you are not limited to your existing network.
Matching only suggests people. You decide who you build with. 3C never pairs founders on its own.
A path into accelerator batches
3C runs selective accelerator batches. Your work in the workspace becomes part of your record: the projects you have shipped, the pipeline you have built, and the playbook steps you have completed.
People review applications and choose each batch. Software can help organize applications, but a person makes the decision.
Build with proof
Most founders can describe their progress. Fewer can show it. When you run your startup in 3C, your progress builds up as you work, not in a pitch deck you write the night before a deadline.
That helps when it matters:
- Applying to a batch. Reviewers see what you have done, not only what you say you will do.
- Talking to a potential co-founder. They can see what you have built and how you work.
- Talking to partners and customers. You can back your claims with a real record.
We describe this on our products page as progress you can show, not just claim.
Who 3C is for
3C is built for Filipino founders, from someone with an idea and no team yet to an early company with its first customers. If you are:
- Looking for a co-founder, start with matching.
- Working alone on an idea, start with the playbook.
- Already selling, use the CRM and finance views to run the company and prepare for a batch.
Why it’s free
Everything we build follows one rule: software handles the routine work, and people stay accountable for the decisions that matter. For founders, the routine work is the tracking, organizing, and admin that pulls time away from building the company.
We would rather more founders get past that stage. So the workspace and matching cost founders nothing, and our other products and services pay for them.
3C is also built by a company that founders can hold to account. 3rdLoop Solutions is registered with the SEC, so founders who join a batch sign agreements with a registered company, and partners who support those batches know who they are dealing with.
What stays with you
- Your decisions. Matching suggests people, and you choose. People review applications and choose each batch.
- Your data. As with all our products, customers own their data.
- Your company. 3C is a place to build it.
Get early access
3C is opening to founders in stages. If you want to build your startup in one place, find a co-founder, or prepare for an accelerator batch, request early access and tell us what you are working on.
